Join our team as a Part-Time Remote Administrative Assistant. In this role, you'll play an essential part in supporting our team and ensuring smooth operations. We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual who thrives while working independently in a virtual setting.
Pay: $25–$230/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Flexible hours, part-time
Key Responsibilities
• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings
• Coordinate virtual meetings and team events
• Handle email and phone correspondence professionally
• Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
• Maintain organized digital filing systems and records
• Assist with project coordination and conduct research to compile data
• Provide customer support and handle client inquiries
Required Qualifications
• 3 years of admin or office support experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Skilled with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Comfortable using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.
• Self-motivated and reliable working remotely
• Trustworthy and discreet with confidential information
• Extremely detail-oriented
