One unfurnished room to sublet on the main floor of a three bedroom bungalow from May 1, 2025, to April 30, 2026. Looking for a quiet, tidy and respectful female student. Other two occupants are female students from Trent going into their third year. The rent includes access to a shared kitchen, laundry, living room and bathroom. Must share in cleaning and garbage duties/schedule.

The house is a five minute walk from the 9 bus, which will take you directly to the Trent Peterborough campus. It's also a ten minute walk from Traill College, where you can catch the 11 bus which also takes you right to campus. The bus ride is about twenty minutes from either stop. Close to groceries, restaurants and other stores.
