Hi there! I'm looking for someone to sublet my room over the summer. I won't be living in Peterborough over the summer. The rent I pay is $750 a month but I've listed it for $500 because the room is unfurnished aside from a bedframe which is the last photo. It is all utilities included except no wifi. I would prefer a girl to sublet the room. There are 3 other girls on the lease but they won't be living in the house over the summer aside from occasional visits and moving their stuff into the house. The room size is pictured and it comes with a walk in closet. There is a stove microwave fridge available for use but there won't be pots pans utensils moved into the house yet.
