We're a team that values hard work, great vibes, and getting the job done right. Whether you're aiming to save money for school, gain leadership experience, or simply have a summer job that doesn't feel like a grind—this is it.

What You Can Expect:
* Competitive pay: $20–$25/hour
* Earn up to $15,000 over the summer
* No experience needed—full training provided

Painter Position
Get hands-on and build a solid work ethic in a job where your effort translates directly to your earnings. We're looking for people who are detail-oriented, motivated, and ready to learn a skill you'll use for life.

Team Lead Position
If you're ready to step up, our Team Leads help manage crews of 2–3 people. You'll take charge of job sites, keep things running smoothly, and support your crew in delivering top-quality work. It's a great way to build confidence and leadership experience.

Ideal Fit:
* Available End of April through August
* Physically fit and comfortable working on ladders
* Good communicator and team player
* Reliable transportation is an asset
* Willing to work hard and show up consistently
