Painter Role
Perfect for detail-oriented, hardworking individuals who want to work outdoors and get paid based on performance. You'll learn valuable hands-on skills and see the impact of your effort daily.

Crew Lead Role
Step into a leadership position. In addition to painting, you'll help manage a small team, oversee job sites, and ensure everything runs smoothly. A great role if you're looking to grow your confidence, leadership, and management experience.

What We're Looking For:
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and coachability
- Available to work full-time from April to August
- Physically able to move ladders and gear safely
- Reliable transportation to job sites is a plus
- Strong communication and a love of teamwork
