4. 700 Sawmill Rd: One single room and one sharing rooms will be available from the First of May. BUS STOPS are very close (Water St. and Cumberland Ave) for both Trent University and Fleming College
All rooms are FURNISHED and monthly rent for sharing a room is between $400–$550 CAD (all inclusive) and a private/single room rent is between $650–$750 CAD (all inclusive).
High Speed Fiber Optic Internet provided by Bell Canada and also most of the room has a gigabit ethernet connection.
Everything such as hydro, gas, water and internet are covered by the rent.
