Our family has an immediate opening for a Health Care Aide (HCA) in Red Deer to care for our disabled family member (41 year old, male) in the home. The adult is developmentally delayed since birth, is able to walk (not in a wheel chair), and is mostly non-verbal.

Responsibilities to include:
- Assist individual with personal hygiene such as showering, brushing teeth, changing clothes
- Feeding
- Administering pills
- Night time routine including putting on respiratory mask for sleeping
- Companionship, playing music

We will work flexibly to find a schedule that works for both parties.

Requirements:
HCA Certificate
CPR Certificate
Health Care Level C Police Clearance
Vulnerable Sector Search
At least 2 professional references
Personal vehicle and valid driver's license

Can start immediately.

Up to $35 per hour.
