Lakeside Painters is an established, hard-working, and high-performing residential painting company operating in South Winnipeg. We are currently looking for 3-5 energetic and motivated individuals to join our marketing team this summer. This position is available immediately, and until October 1, 2025. 

We prefer prior experience in sales and/or customer service. However, it is not required as full training will be provided. 

Position: 

You will be going door-to-door in residential communities offering our interior and exterior residential painting services. You are not selling anything. You are simply asking homeowners if they would be interested in our services for the spring and/or summertime. You will write down their information, give them a flyer, and pass it on to upper management. That's it! 

Where: 

We frequently work in the residential communities of: River Heights, Tuxedo, Charleswood, Linden Woods, Whyte Ridge, St. Vital,  St. Boniface, Southdale & Island Lakes. 

Hours: 

You will largely be working during weekday evenings, and day-time hours on weekends. Our most successful marketing hours are: 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Monday to Friday; and 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday & Sunday. A huge benefit with this position is choosing your own working hours! You will have the flexibility of choosing your own hours and shifts each week within this role. We only require you to work a minimum of 15 hours per week. Although, it is encouraged to work more! 

Pay: 

You are paid commission for your services. Within 1-2 weeks, the average marketer is making at least $20 /hour, and top performers can earn well over $30 /hour.

2 - Be able to meet the minimum work requirement outlined above.
3 - Have clear English speaking abilities. 
4 - Enjoy walking outdoors and talking to neighbors.
