Responsibilities:
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and patching holes or cracks.
• Apply paint or other finishes to indoor and outdoor projects using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
• Communicate with customers professionally and courteously.
• Use proper preparation techniques (e.g., taping) to protect surfaces.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear protective equipment as needed.
• Move ladders, paint cans, and other equipment.
• Maintain and clean tools and work areas.
• Collaborate with your team to complete projects efficiently and on time.

Desired Qualifications:
• Must have a cell phone.
• Access to reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Capable of working independently and in a team setting.
• Self-motivated and hard-working.
• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights.
• Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and working at heights for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Punctuality and excellent time-management skills.
• Previous painting experience is a bonus but not required.
