‍ Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day shop operations and support technicians
• Perform advanced diagnostics, including electronic systems and mechanical repairs
• Ensure high-quality service and repair standards are met
• Work closely with Service Advisors and customers in a professional manner
• Assist with warranty documentation and dealer compliance
• Support onboarding and mentoring of team members
✅ Qualifications:
• Journeyperson Automotive Technician Certificate (mandatory)
o Or Red Seal equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience
• Strong electronic systems and engine diagnostic skills
• Proficiency with computers and ability to adapt to billing software
• Dealer experience and warranty processing knowledge is a major asset
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License with clean driving record
• Own set of professional tools
• Ability to work 40–48 hours per week, including a rotating Saturday shift
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
