Responsibilities
Assist in routine maintenance and inspections of mechanical systems, including HVAC, irrigation, and climate control.
Troubleshooting and resolving basic mechanical issues.
Help maintain accurate maintenance records, including logging service activities and updating inventory of spare parts.
Follow established maintenance schedules and procedures as directed by the Maintenance Manager.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols during all maintenance activities.
Participate in training and development programs to expand your technical skills and knowledge.

Must-Have:
1 years of experience in maintenance or mechanical systems, preferably in an industrial or agricultural setting.
Basic understanding of mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and climate control systems.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred :
Experience working in a Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) setting.
Familiarity with basic maintenance tools and equipment.
Certification in basic mechanical, plumbing, or HVAC systems.
Previous experience in a greenhouse or agricultural environment.

Physical Demands
Ability to stand, move, and walk for prolonged periods (75% of the workday).
Must be able to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work in a temperature-controlled environment (approximately 2°C or 35°F).
