Hand wash any items not dishwasher-safe.
Clean pots, pans, utensils, and other minor kitchen equipment;
Ensure floors are dry and clean at all times.
Prepare mise en place and adhere to all menu requirements as specified by the chef.
Must have good knowledge on chemicals
Must help in clearing the food preparation areas and other parts of the kitchen
Cleans and sanitizes storage areas, including freezers and refrigerators.
Assists in storing food deliveries.

Should be living around Newmarket.
Working days & hours: Monday - Friday; 7am - 5pm
