Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Admin/Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, supervise staff, and ensure a productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support administrative staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the hiring process, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Maintain office records, including employee files and financial documents.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an office administrator or supervisor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education:
