Hello and greetings my name is Chase and I am looking for a room or space to rent in a quiet shared dwelling for middle aged or older men. The room/space is infact for my brother who is on disability 39 yo. He does not require any special services, indeed, he is quite proficient in house cleaning duties and shared living accommodation rules, and has no problem taking care of his responsibilities. His finance and reference information can be easily provided so everything can be documented for both parties. He is a quiet computer nerd with no desire for chaotic events, as mentioned before, he prefers an older person setting.

He does not posses pets but is very friendly with cats and dogs! A furnished suite is not necessary but would still be a welcome offer, we can provide him with any and all furnishings should it be necessary.

I as his brother along with my wife help attend to his needs such as transportation, grocery shopping, and laundry, if need be, once or twice a month. We like to make sure he is in a safe and suitable space.
