We're looking for 1 responsible housemate (sorry no couples) to share clean common space in a peaceful environment with only 3 other occupants. All with their own private room and bathroom, all with busy lives and different work schedules so shared kitchen and other common areas feel mostly private.

Large open concept full equipped granite kitchen and furnished dining/living space on the main floor with small fenced yard and patio attached and new shared laundry machines on upper level. Common areas are cleaned with each housemate contributing a simple weekly task and you're expected to tidy up after yourself when using the kitchen or other shared areas.

This is a large sunny home in a quiet area of the desirable Willoughby/Jericho neighbourhood in Langley, very close to highway, restaurants, Costco and all other amenities. Walking distance to transit, parks, Starbucks, local market and Langley Events Centre.

Suitable for employed single with your own bedroom furnishings. Currently there are 3 clean considerate adult male occupants sharing the space, one of our short term housemates is moving on so we are looking for someone new to share our Happy Haven :)

If you have a small quiet pet you can keep in your private space or take with you when not home, that may be negotiable… if you have a vehicle there is street parking available around or near the house.
