**Job Description:**

We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic painters to join our team for full-time, year-round employment. You will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring a flawless finish on a variety of residential and commercial projects. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

**Responsibilities:**

* Prepare interior and exterior surfaces for painting, including sanding, scraping, and patching.
* Apply paint, stains, varnishes, and other finishes using brushes, and rollers.
* Ensure accurate color matching and consistent application.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area.
* Follow safety guidelines and procedures.
* Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
* Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
* Maintain and care for painting equipment.
* Accurately track material use and time spent on projects.

**Qualifications:**

* We are hoping to find someone with at least 1 year of professional painting experience in residential and commercial settings.
*We are also willing to train an individual if we feel they are the right fit.
* Proven ability to prepare surfaces and apply paint to a high standard.
* Knowledge of various painting techniques and materials.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong work ethic and reliability.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
* Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment.
* A great sense of humour and a positive attitude.
* Strong communication skills.
