Are you an organized, proactive, and friendly professional with strong communication and multitasking skills? A reputable Property Management firm is hiring an Administrative Assistant to support the Property Manager at a dynamic condominium complex in downtown Toronto (M4Y 2X3).

Key Responsibilities
Oversee property management requests to ensure efficient daily operations.
Manage administrative tasks and respond to inquiries from the Board of Directors, Residents, Staff, and Contractors with professionalism.
Handle phone, email, and mail correspondence with courtesy and efficiency.
Prepare and distribute official notices, letters, and forms.
Maintain BuildingLink (training provided) and manage office accounts.
Keep resident and contractor contact lists up to date.
Organize, file, and archive condominium records.
What We're Looking For
✔ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
✔ Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
✔ Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and comfort with web-based systems.
✔ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
✔ Experience in property management, customer service, or accounts payable/receivable is a plus!
Preferred Experience
Administrative Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
Position Details
Job Type: Part-time or Full-time (Permanent)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 32 hours/week
Location: On-site in Toronto (not a remote position)
