We are seeking a well-experienced Property Manager responsible for the daily operations and management of multi-residential apartment complex in TORONTO EAST area with a small team of on-site staff. The ideal candidate must have good interpersonal skills dealing with contractors, suppliers, tenants, staff members and working knowledge supervising maintenance and renovation works.

Job Responsibilities:-

Responsible for overseeing the daily functions and operations of the apartment complex including managing a team of onsite staff, set work, schedules, respond to customer inquiries and complaints and enforce policies and procedures.
Coordinate activities of building superintendents
Ensure a high level of customer service for current and prospective tenants
Oversee the leasing process and lease administration in Yardi with the Property Administrator to rent vacant units in the complex.
Establishing and maintain comprehensive files on current tenants, suppliers and contractors
Preparing and tracking of purchase orders
Arrange and supervise contractors to perform maintenance works
Investigate and resolve tenant's complaints
