Collicutt Siding Golf Club is now hiring a cook to join our dynamic, fun-loving team for the 2024 golf season. We are looking for experienced, dependable and motivated individuals able to function in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Must be able to work flexible schedules, independently and with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities will include:
• Menu preparation, execution and delivery
• Tournament Banquet preparation, execution and delivery
• Adherence to proper food handling, safety and sanitation procedures
• Contributing to menu updates and daily and weekly specials
• Adherence to daily and weekly cleaning schedules and protocols and dishwashing as required
Located at 1025 Western Drive, Crossfield Alberta, a vehicle is required as there is no public transit accessible.
We offer free staff golf as well as employee meal discounts, and pro shop discounts. Wages range from $16 to $20 per hour (depending on qualifications) plus tips / gratuities. Flexible scheduling of day and evening shifts are offered. Apprenticeship opportunities are available.
