Seeking Aviation Consultant for Subpart 702/703 Air Operator Certification
We are looking for an experienced Aviation Consultant to assist in obtaining an Air Operator Certificate (AOC) under Subpart 702/703 of the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs). The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Transport Canada requirements and a proven track record of successfully guiding operators through the certification process.

Preferred Qualifications:
✔ Former Transport Canada experience
✔ Expertise in CARs Subpart 702 (Aerial Work) and 703 (Air Taxi Operations) compliance
✔ Hands-on experience with the AOC approval process
✔ Strong understanding of SMS (Safety Management Systems), operational control, and compliance requirements

Key Responsibilities:
✈ Advising on Transport Canada Subpart 702/703 requirements and regulatory compliance
✈ Assisting with documentation, manuals, and procedural development
✈ Liaising with Transport Canada on behalf of the operator
✈ Preparing for inspections, audits, and proving flights
✈ Ensuring a smooth, efficient certification process
