Hiring: Remote Administrative Assistant (Part-Time, Flexible)
Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy? We're looking for a Remote Administrative Assistant to support our team on a part-time basis. This fully remote role offers $25–$30 per hour and provides flexibility while handling essential administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and organize emails, calendars, and appointments
• Maintain and organize digital files and documents
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other business materials
• Conduct data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
• Assist with other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in an administrative or support role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information
