Job Description:
As an Office Administrative Assistant in our Preconstruction Sales Office, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors and will assist our sales team with a variety of tasks. You will play an integral part in ensuring the office runs smoothly, helping direct prospective buyers with questions to our sales representative, and supporting the team in achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in clients, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing appointments and preparing documents.
Maintain an organized office environment and ensure all sales materials are up-to-date.
Assist with potential buyer inquiries and ensure all follow-up actions are completed in a timely manner.
Handle general clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and preparing reports.
Efficiently manage Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and communication.
Ensure the office is stocked with necessary supplies and materials.
Qualifications:
Available to work weeknights, typically, Monday to Wednesday
from 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM and on weekends, as needed from 9:00 AM - 8PM
Sales Office Operating Hours:
Monday - Thursday 10am to 7pm Saturday and Sunday 11am-5pm
Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain a clean and efficient working environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
