About Us:

Bike Depot opened its doors 38 years ago in Toronto with an idea - to share our love for cycling with everyone! Since then, with the support of our customers, we have opened locations in Thornhill, Pickering and recently opened in Leaside (in March 2024). Our hope is to keep growing and helping everyone find the bike they love.

Responsibilities:

Our Sales Associates are involved in all roles at the store. They should be confident when assessing a customer's requirements and the ability to briefly asses a bike. A passion for cycling and the outdoors, some basic mechanic knowledge or a wiliness to learn is a must have. A positive attitude and the ability to work in teams in a fast paced environment, is absolutely vital.

Requirements:

To have the willingness to listen and the ability to build lasting relationships with our customers.
Provide the best customer service.
Aid in cleaning the shop including floors, washrooms, and behind the cash
Communicate professionally with the team and our customers.
Sourcing items and packing online orders.
Organizing shipping of online orders.
Cashing out customers efficiently with a smile.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Shop Manager.

Job Type: Full-time/Part-time

5-8 hour shift: 11-7 weekdays, 11-6 Saturdays and 12-5 on Sundays

Required Availability: Saturdays and Sundays

Work Location: In person

Pay: $16.55-$19.00 per hour
