Avanti Sports Group Inc., Canada's leading soccer-focused distributor, is looking for a Customer Service & Administrative Representative to join our team on a short-term contract basis (3–4 months). This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment supporting our summer operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide front-line customer support via email, phone, and in-person

Process sales orders, quotes, and returns using internal systems

Coordinate with production and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment

Assist with inventory tracking and administrative support tasks

Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and documents as needed

Maintain accurate records and update customer databases

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel (formulas, formatting, data entry)

Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail

Professional and friendly customer service approach

Experience with order entry or CRM systems (an asset)

Prior office, customer service, or retail experience (1–2 years preferred)

Additional Assets (not required but helpful):
Familiarity with team sports, especially soccer

Experience in a production or order fulfillment setting

This is a full-time, in-office position based at our Markham location. The contract may be extended based on performance and business needs.
