Looking for a single, clean tidy and working person for April 1st, sorry no pets. The house will be shared with myself, I like to keep things low-key and will sometimes have friends over for a games night on the weekends. I'm often away for work Monday to Friday so you'll have plenty of space for yourself.

Prefer someone not working from home as it's a small space but can compromise for the right person. I'm an avid mountain biker and snowboarder, and always looking for someone to ride with. As it's a small space ideally I'd like someone who is a good match.
