We are offering our cosy East Trail house for rental during part of the 2026 ski season (February and March). Ski at the mountain by day and enjoy the warm weather in Trail by the end of the afternoon! The house is close to all amenities including Safeway and BC liquor store (150 m), Walking Bridge, Aquatic Center and Hospital. Large living room, 2 bedrooms on main floor (one large room with a Queen bed and a small one with a single bed and a working desk). One floor living, with laundry in the mudroom. Sundeck and sunny fenced backyard. Suitable for one couple, may accommodate a third person. Available for a 2 month rental from February 1st to March 31st 2026. No pets, no smoking. Nice and clean, fully furnished. $ 2500 per month all inclusive (utilities wifi).
If you need it, a ski locker at the mountain may be available for a supplement.
