Hiring Office Admin/Supervisor

We are seeking a friendly and professional individual who is capable of assisting office personnel and can support a Mortgage & Immigration office environment. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills with an ability to handle both administrative tasks and one-on-one interaction with co-workers and clients. This position will interact directly with the executive staff and will be held accountable for the efficient organization of the office environment.

Responsibilities:
• Capable of handling Mortgage queries and Immigration Filings
• Answer and direct questions from customers.
• Calling and following-up with new leads.
• Receive and screen visitors to the office.
• Handle office administrative tasks: Filing, Bookkeeping , typing, copying, faxing.
• Create & post ads and flyers on social media platforms.
• Experience in cold-calling is an asset.
• Canva Experience is a plus.
• Past experience in Mortgage office or immigration office is must
• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe and Mac

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

• Weekends as needed
