Virtual Personal Assistant (Casual, Remote)

About the Role:
I am seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Personal Assistant to help manage both my personal and business tasks in the healthcare and support services industry. This role requires a self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision and has strong proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Google Suite.

Key Responsibilities:
Appointment Scheduling and Calendar Management: Manage personal and professional calendars
Business Support: Assist with cold calling, data entry, and general administrative tasks
AI Utilization: Use AI tools to optimize daily tasks and improve workflow efficiency
General Assistance: Provide support with healthcare and support service-related projects
Requirements:
Must be proficient in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Google Suite
Strong organizational and time management skills
Prior experience in administrative support, virtual assistance, or customer service
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Familiarity with healthcare or support services is a plus
Experience with AI tools is an advantage
