Location: Calgary, AB ( Hybrid) this role is flexible, you may work-from-home or at our Calgary office.

No prior experience in finance is needed. We provide the training, mentorship, and licensing support you need to succeed.

What You'll Be Doing:
Build and grow your own client base
Help clients with investments, retirement planning, and financial strategies
Recommend suitable mutual fund products based on client needs
Submit transactions and provide performance reports
Develop a long-term, sustainable book of business

What You Bring:
Strong communication and people skills
Professional attitude and willingness to learn
A commitment to completing licensing within 30 days (IFC or CSC course)
Goal-oriented mindset and a second-to-none work ethic

Compensation:
100% commission-based with high income potential
Income range: $40,000 to $100,000 based on effort and performance
Flexible hours – full-time or part-time options available

Training and Licensing:
You'll receive guidance and support as you complete one of the following:
Investment Funds in Canada (IFC)
Canadian Securities Course (CSC)
Further certifications like the CFSA or PFP are encouraged as your career grows.
