Communications & Administrative Assistant - [Ontairo]

Looking for a dynamic and organized individual to join our team!

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Communications & Administrative Assistant to support our growing company in [Ontairo].

Your responsibilities will involve managing emails with clients, handling orders, and responding to inquiries.

I've been in the business since 2001, with my family involved since 1980. My focus is on various items like mid-century modern, science & medical, primitives, vintage advertising, pop culture, toys, and more.

Responsibilities:

* Assist with the development and implementation of communication strategies
* Manage social media accounts and create engaging content
* Draft press releases, newsletters, and other communications materials
* Coordinate events and meetings
* Provide general administrative support, including managing calendars, answering phones, and handling correspondence

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms
* Experience with graphic design and video editing is a plus
