General Farm Team Member

Kolk Farms Conrich Ltd is looking for a team member to join our farm immediately. We operate a grain and oilseed farm about 10 minutes SW of Enchant and are looking for a full-time farm worker.

Salary
Hourly: $30-$37/hr depending on experience

Anticipated Start Date
Immediate

Terms of Employment
Permanent Full-Time – 3 month probation period
Benefits after 3 month probation

General Duties
- Operate equipment such as planters, seeders, tractors, sprayer, fertilizing equipment, swather, combine, grain cart, etc.
- Trucking, loading/unloading with augers etc.
- Operate and monitor irrigation equipment.
- Repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment
- General repairs - to farm buildings, fences, and other structures.
- Record keeping

Other Information
Must be mechanically inclined and have experience with running large farm equipment.
Class 5 required. Class 1 license preferred, but not necessary.
May work over 50 hours/week during seeding and harvest.
No working on Sunday.
