Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain schedules for all the warehouses of RGX.

• Coordinate with internal teams to allocate resources and manpower effectively to handle daily shipments.

• Monitor project timelines and deadlines to ensure timely completion of the tasks.

• Communicate schedule changes and updates to internal team.

• Analyze schedule data and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.

• Collaborate with managers, supervisors, and other team members to resolve scheduling conflicts and issues.

• Provide regular reports and updates on the daily tasks.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to scheduling activities and all shipments.

• Inspect / check shipments to maintain the accuracy of the received and shipped count.

• Pack the ready shipments and make it ready for carriers.

• Assist drivers and handle communication with customers as well via emails and phone calls.

• Help your team members on the floor to maintain the smooth level of operations.
