“Bakery Supervisor”
One of our Customer - a new fast growing snack brand that is looking for a bakery operations and inventory supervisor who would be responsible for managing bakery production runs,
Optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring work team output efficiency.

Pay range: $60,000 - $65,000 annually, depending on experience
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility needed for occasional weekend work.

Key Responsibilities:
- oversee daily bakery operations to ensure timely and consistent production
- manage inventory of ingredients, packaging materials, supplies and anticipates orders as needed
- maintain accurate records of inventory levels, supplier info and cost tracking
- work with baking and fulfillment teams to optimize schedules and reduce waste
- develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve productivity and quality control
- coordinate with suppliers and vendors - build relationships and negotiate price where possible
- monitor health, safety and cleanliness compliance across all operations
- support seasonal planning and new product rollouts from an operational standpoint
- assist with hiring, training , scheduling and managing bakery floor staff

What We Are Looking for ...
- 3 years' Canadian experience in operations, production and inventory management
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen or food production environment
- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
- experience with inventory software and management tools
- knowledge of food safety regulations and certifications
- Food handling certifications
