Retired owner looking for one tenant for Large basement suite in rural home 10 minutes from downtown. The suite is partially furnished with, sofa, TV, fridge and induction cook top. Private bedroom and bathroom.
This rental arrangement allows for reduced rents in return for:
1) weekly cleaning of owners upstairs living space ($225/month rent reduction).
2) pet sitting border collie dog while the owner travels in winter 2-3 months ($350/month rent reduction).

The ideal tenant is female, that:
* works part time - or
* is a part time student - or
* is retired/ semi retired.
**The tenant must be good with my dog and provide proper and loving care for him while I travel.

Rent includes all utilities, and Star Link internet for $50/month.
Tenant must be a non-smoker, responsible, clean living and conserve power, heat and water. A completed and signed tenant application is required before showing the place and a recent criminal record check is required before move-in.
