** The bedroom for rent is 675$/monthly and is available in May (for an ongoing basis), for a student working in Prince George for the summer time (from May up to the end of August) or in September (for an ongoing basis).
** Bus stop located at street's end and the house location is within walking distance of CNC (~20min). Main bus exchange at Pine Center Mall (~5min).
** On-street parking is available and generally very plentiful (though subject to a few “snow removal days” in winter).
** Some storage space in the garage.
** Home is shared with homeowner (F) who works in Education, and 2 UNBC students. We are easy going, respectful, and tidy; looking for people who share our values!
** Rent also includes unlimited petting privileges of household kitty ;)
