Receptionist/Office Assistant – Williams Antique

About Us: Williams Antique is a leading provider of high-quality, custom cabinetry solutions. We're passionate about craftsmanship and dedicated to exceeding customer expectations. We're looking for a friendly, professional Receptionist to join our team and create a welcoming first impression for our clients.

What You'll Do:

* Greet clients with a smile and provide exceptional customer service.
* Manage our busy front desk, handling calls, emails, and appointments.
* Keep our reception area organized and inviting.
* Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and mail/delivery management.
* Share your knowledge of our company and services with clients and visitors.
* Bonus points for experience with design software like 20/20, Chief Architect, or AutoCAD!

What We're Looking For:

* High school diploma (or equivalent).
* Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Details:

* Full-time/Part-time positions available.
* Competitive salary: $18-$30/hour.
* Monday-Friday, 7 AM–3:30 PM.
