A very busy, high volume CNC Machining business is in search of an Office Administrator whose predominate skills are attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description:
• Creating all paperwork for each incoming job from point of customer P.O., material sourcing and ordering, job file/floor traveler creation, and customer invoice and shipping documents.
• Payroll, payables, receivables, banking, office and other supply ordering and various other administrative duties.
Job Requirements:
• Must have superior Excel spreadsheet skills and Microsoft Office experience.
• Must have accounting software experience, preferably MYOB with the ability to transition with training if necessary.
• Strong computer skills required. PDF creation, emailing, overall computer literate.
This is a 5 hour per day, 5 day a week position with the possible potential to become full time. Starting wage at $25.00 per hour. We are looking for a long-term employee to join our team. Our business is located in the southeast Calgary area.
