Front Office Agent - Join Our Team!

[young antique] is a thriving antique company looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Front Office Agent to join our team.

I've been in the business since 2001, with my family involved since 1980. My focus is on various items like mid-century modern, science & medical, primitives, vintage advertising, pop culture, toys, and more.

Your responsibilities will involve managing emails with clients, handling orders, and responding to inquiries.

Responsibilities:

* Greeting visitors and providing excellent customer service
* Answering phones and managing emails
* Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
* Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
* Assisting with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational and time management abilities
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience in a customer service role preferred
* Passion for antiques a plus!

Hours:

* 3-4 hours daily, Monday to Friday, with potential for weekend overtime
