Hello! Our company is looking ASAP for a Bakery Supervisor at their North York location.
The hours/days are 9am - 5pm and Monday - Friday with some weekends.
The pay is $60,000-$65,000 a year.
No students for this position.

Here are the details;

Key Responsibilities:
- oversee daily bakery operations to ensure timely and consistent production
- manage inventory of ingredients, packaging materials, supplies and anticipates orders as needed
- maintain accurate records of inventory levels, supplier info and cost tracking
- work with baking and fulfillment teams to optimize schedules and reduce waste
- develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve productivity and quality control
- coordinate with suppliers and vendors - build relationships and negotiate price where possible
- monitor health, safety and cleanliness compliance across all operations
- support seasonal planning and new product rollouts from an operational standpoint
- assist with hiring, training , scheduling and managing bakery floor staff

What We Are Looking for ...

- 3 years experience in operations, production and inventory management
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen or food production environment
- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
- experience with inventory software and management tools
- knowledge of food safety regulations and certifications
- Food handling certifications
