POSITION AVAILABLE FOR
PART TIME APARTMENT BUILDING SUPERINTENDENT
The successful candidate will be a self-starter and will take on responsibilities with enthusiasm. Willing
to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Trustworthy, reliable and well organized.
They will provide a wide range of support and coordination to help ensure efficient and effective
operation of multi-unit residential buildings in Kitchener.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Serve as first contact for Tenants, addressing concerns effectively and promptly
 Preparing units for new residents
 Serve as contact for Vendor appointments
 Facilitate work orders and perform general maintenance, repairs and cleaning at
the properties, contact vendors/trades when needed
 Provide reporting and general oversight of building and building
equipment/fire/ security/hazards and incidents
 Perform and maintain accurate data reporting
 Other duties as assigned by Property Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

 5 years' experience as a Building Superintendent
 Basic computer experience ie: Word/Excel/Email
 Experience in building operations and general maintenance, building systems
 Experience working with hand and power tools
 Police Check required
