Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about antiques? We are looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant & Data Entry Operator to support our antique company's operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical files related to inventory and customer records.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
- Support the team in daily operations and projects as needed.
- Communicate effectively with customers and vendors.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative support or data entry is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- A passion for antiques and knowledge of vintage items is a plus!
