FULL TIME EXTERIORS OPERATIONS MANAGER ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Oversee and manage daily operations of the production team and trades - Plan and schedule projects, ensuring timely completion - Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers - Supervise and train team members on job tasks and safety protocols - Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations - Estimating and job review - Work together with our team to provide reporting and response to clients - Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary - Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets standards - Manage budgets and expenses
JOB REQUIREMENTS - Previous experience in a managerial role in the construction industry - Strong knowledge of roofing construction processes and techniques - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
-Experience Working with Insurance Companies on Hail Related home damage is a benefit.
