What We Offer

Lucrative Pay Structure
Our commission-based model rewards hard work and performance:

0 Sales: You cover the full worker's daily pay.
1-3 Sales: Earn 40% commission, minus half the worker's daily pay ($87.50).
4-5 Sales: Earn 50% commission, minus half the worker's daily pay.
6 Sales: Earn 60% commission, minus the full worker's daily pay.

Top performers can expect to earn $100,000 to $150,000 per season (April to mid-November) by consistently meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets.

Flexible Schedule
Work Monday to Friday, with Saturday shifts as needed.

Hours:
8:30 AM - 9:30 AM Morning Scripting Meetings
9:30 AM- 5 PM Working Hours

User-Friendly Sales Tools
We provide streamlined sales software to help you close deals efficiently and track your performance with ease.
