We are seeking an experienced Auto Sales Professional to join our fun, family-oriented dealership in Welland, ON.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

Proven experience in auto sales, with a track record of success
Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and expectations promptly and professionally, creating a positive and memorable experience.
Be the point of contact between the customer and management.
Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Confident negotiator who is self-motivated and goal-oriented
Team player who thrives in a supportive, fun, and family-like atmosphere
OMVIC certification and a valid driver's license are required

Compensation

Commission-only pay plan, with potential earnings from $50,000 to $125,000 plus per year, based on your knowledge, experience and sales skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
