$700/mo including basic utilities; laundry available. High-speed Internet available. There is a fully stocked shared kitchen; the shared bathroom is completely renovated. In other words, we have all amenities.

This room is fully furnished - just drop your bags unpack! :) It's nice and roomy with ample natural light - not some cramped cubbyhole in the basement where mice poop in your knickers! Ewwwwwww!!!!!! :(

We have two friendly, easy-going, non-partying, happy tenants now, and we'd like to keep it that way. Come make a set of three! :) We won't put up with drug users or problem tenants - and you shouldn't have to, either.
