I rent furnished Rooms to workers who come into the city. I cater to workers who are away from their homes. This is Room and Board, lodgings / accommodations. My house is laid back and friendly. No pets or children. We work hard around here so it's quiet for sleeping. The day can begin as early as 4:30 am.

Daily cooked meal unless we have a surplus then we eat the leftovers.

If it's been a day, we'll it's pizzas or KFC .

There is usually something around for the late night snackers too.

I start the week with a big container of muffins, a cake and maybe a pie or 2.

I buy meat by the sides of beef, a flock of chickens and a pig.

We eat a variety of meals and happily repeat our favorites.

Mornings there is coffee, tea, hot chocolate and a variety of cereals.

Food varies with what is or isn't being eaten.

Lunches, all the fixins are here and sometimes there are leftovers to take.

My current rates start at $295 and up!

Payment is when you arrive.

When your current job ends, so does your room. You must leave and go back home.

Availability, well if your being called back to work, likely so is everyone else. I do not take every person who wants a room!! I do not hold rooms.

You can book through Airbnb for my rooms if you want a Specific start date.

If you know you're starting Eg. Monday, you should call quick. If your starting in 2 weeks you can secure a room through Airbnb. I have been providing this service for a long time. I will have questions for you and I am sure you will have some for me.
