About Us: Hi Halifax! My wife, Robyn and I, Konrad, are young working professionals in our late 20's and are easy going. Robyn is a bartender and Konrad is a tax accountant. We moved to the Halifax area about 3 years ago for work. The private suite with separate entry is located on the 2nd floor of our personal residence.
We currently rent the unit on Airbnb, however, are hoping to transition the unit to more long-term rentals. The unit will be available for rent in early September, 2025.
Ideal Tenants:
- We are looking for quiet, respectful, working professionals or upper year (4th year)/graduate students, etc. for the space.
- No smoking.
- No pets.
We require the following from all applicants:
- Credit check, 3 months of past bank statements, proof of employment/enrolment and copies of your Notice of Assessment for the 2 previous tax years.
- References from your previous landlord(s).
