We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Specialist/Data Entry professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate data, supporting administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth workflow.

Responsibilities:

* Enter and update data into various databases and spreadsheets
* Verify data accuracy and consistency
* Generate reports and analyze data
* Assist with administrative tasks, including filing and correspondence
* Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel
* Answer phones, manage email correspondence, and handle inquiries
* Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry or administrative support
* Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
