HIRING IMMEDIATELY: FRONT OFFICE COORDINATOR

Pay: Competitive hourly rate
Schedule: Flexible hours (3-4 hours daily, Monday to Friday; weekend overtime available)

We are seeking an organized and proactive Front Office Coordinator to join our team immediately. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors, managing office operations and providing exceptional support to both clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Service: Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Phone and Email Management: Handle inbound calls, respond to emails, and schedule appointments.
• Office Organization: Maintain a clean, organized front office space.
• Administrative Support: Assist with general office duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
• Client Relations: Address client inquiries and provide exceptional service.

What We're Looking For:
• Previous experience in a front office or administrative role.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Proficiency in office software and general office systems.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
