We are searching for a skilled and experienced Administrative Manager to join our growing team. As our Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of administrative operations, including office management, human resources, and financial administration.
Responsibilities:
* Manage office operations, including scheduling, supplies, and equipment
* Oversee human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
* Handle financial administration, including budgeting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
* Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures
* Provide support to senior management
* Foster a positive and efficient work environment
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative management role
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience with human resource management software is an asset
